Clean water, air, peace and sunshine are nature's remedies and in over-abundance on the Oregon Coast. 

For example, they won't need to cover your personal belongings (furniture, clothing, etc.) because you won't be living there.A landlord policy should cost about the same as a homeowner's policy; it just changes what is covered.

Hello everyone, Quick question, I currently live in California and have my entity set up in California to do deals in state.

I live in the Lancaster PA area.I am new to real estate investing and looking to connect with any local investor.

We purchased it with the intention of living in the Ground floor + BSMT apartment and renting the 2nd floor apartment.

I lived in Austin for a couple years.

Software return people with specific attributes, be it foreclosure, whether they bought houses in cash before, whther or not they have dealt with a water shut-off list.

I also never lived east of 33rd Ave at that time.
