Turn key investments are at such a high negative cash flow that I don't think it'll be a viable option. 

Focus on key metrics like cash flow, ROI, and cap rate.

Having an editable Chart of Accounts is key to dealing with these type of clients.From what I gather, Baselane right now only focuses on P&L. 

Many make the mistake of focusing solely on the acquisition and think that is the key to success but the post-acquisition part of being an investor is equally as important and it is NOT intuitive, especially in Philly.

While there were reasons for my decisions, the important lesson is that time is the key factor in building wealth, and starting sooner leads to faster results along with growing opportunities.
