How do you filter out all the noise as a newbie or when you were new what did you do to remain on track.I’ve just recently started journaling my journey and thoughts that seems to be helping.

My wife and I are currently looking at 2 properties to purchase as investments: one in Hoboken, one in the Journal Square area.

What does the local Business Journal say?

BP created one for me after i purchased the 90 days of intention journal but the people in the group have not even introduced themselves in the past month.

As far as I know @Halee Mosley none of the county court houses in Napa, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa. or any other of the 54 counties have probate lists.BUT this is the webpage I use for new probate files in Sacramento and San Francisco counties: https://adtech.dailyjournal.co...To begin go to the top blue search bar and select Search ~ then go to Category and select PROBATE ~ in the Newspaper column select SAN FRANCISCO DAILY JOURNAL (For San Francisco County) or select THE INTER-CITY EXPRESS (for Alameda County)From is the date range for the current probate's that were filed this week.

Also if your open to it you should keep a journal of your process to maybe show others and shed some light on the journey.
