I pulled 106 properties that sold over the last 2 years, 38 of which were sold in the last year.3 of these properties, sold at 89k or above.The average sale price was 58kThe median sale price was 60kThe Standard deviation was 23.4k, making the 89.9k sale price more than 1 SD outside this data set.I wonder why no one has told the complainant to hire a lawyer and investigate the appraisal that was used when valuing this property.
