Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

They should not use any third parties unless it is for a home inspector.

Some properties just do not work for dogs.My local housing inspector has put in writing for me that attempting to accommodate any canine would be an unreasonable burden to the neighbors (it has an up a lot of stairs, down a long hallway dorm layout).I believe most laws talk about an unreasonable burden. 

Another good referral source could be your home inspector if you use one.

These have sat on the market for years, because Milwaukee in their "wisdom" have sent out inspectors to create repair lists.

Will I ask the county to inspect it before the sale or would I read the rules and regs on my own before purchase, then work it out with the inspectors afterwards?

I don’t want to get dinged by an inspector or appraiser due to painting the vinyl.

All of what Vaugh said with the addition of:How quickly do you send inspectors for a draw request and how soon after completed inspection will I receive the funds wired to my account.I have worked with several and most will give similar rates/points.
