I typically use my handyman or laborer for and landscape restoration but I am not that pleased with my current handyman (I used to have a great handyman but now he has units in my market so is a friendly competitor).I keep wanting to find a new handyman but I keep putting it off (there are infinite things I would prefer to do).The laborer requires more over site than the handyman is supposed to require but works good for items like laying an entire yard with sod (lots of labor involved).So I do not have a recommendation for a landscaper.

A local alarm company will likely have many more options (pretty much any wireless panel can just be plugged in and set on a shelf, does not need to be built into a wall, and wireless sensors attach w/ 3m tape and are easily moved).

Tenants won't know where or when you'd use that old lockset again, so it's as secure as one off the shelf (assuming you aren't rotating locks on the same multifamily) as long as it's not on their old unit after the next tenant is in. 3) If a locksmith can rekey your locks as is, that will be a one time cost you don't recoup.

You need to incorporate with an attorney and not off-the-shelf or download from a website incorporation papers, it needs to be modified specifically for the intent and purpose of the business.

Cash - While I can get an infinite return on a BRRRR, if I'm only cashflowing $50 a month, that doesn't leave me very competitive.
