Sounds like weird limbo space to me where anything can go depending on the state you're in.In any case, assuming they decide to rent to the tenant in question and can't keep them from smoking indoors, then I would imagine that at least any repairs or remediation needed from damage caused by smoking indoors -- medical or not -- would be able to be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional highlights include an indoor laundry room, a separate 2 car garage with storage capacity, and a large backyard offering plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, or an RV.

The same logic seems to apply to anything done by tenants to the unit then... if they trashed the place not like landlord can have indoor cameras to see it happening  

I’ve found 1 person per room, quiet hours 11-7, no pets, no indoor smoking/vaping, color coded shelves and cabinet space, electronic locks and front door cameras really help.

Have you had any gripes about the fridge not haveing in door dispencers?

The spaces we use in MA are entirely indoor space and at our last MA in-person meetup in February 2020 we had 60ish people in attendance.  

I thought it was 10 for indoor and 25 for outdoor in MA. 

A lot of complexes, including mine, have indoor and outdoor pools/ hot tubs and are independent of the association, so they offer outside membership.

Enjoy resort style amenities including but not limited to boardwalk beach access, outdoor/indoor pools, tennis, golf and on site dining.
