Even investor-friendly agents (I dislike this term, not sure how others feel about it) have been incorrect on some of things that were stated to me.  

House hackers often overcomplicate the decision-making process.

However, Landlords face even greater cost pressures that lead to the increase decisions.

People who disagree with you or don't think you are making a good decision are usually not against you.

Make sure to draft a solid operating agreement covering decision-making and profit distribution.This post does not create a CPA-Client relationship.

Your best move is to get everyone on the same page with whatever decisions are made otherwise you will never be able to take the next step.

That's a personal decision based on what you like to do, can make money doing, and will move you closer to your goals.

Pay for performance.  1st one is always at full price, if you want to discount a bit on future deals is your decision depending perhaps on the volume and the amount of work required.
