Hi Mario in Tempa, FL.Congratulations on having enough capital to begin your real estate investing career and you are considering one of two options-building your portfolio with single-family homes or starting with multifamily.Personally, I would consider buying duplexes as you hopefully will always have paying tenants inbetween vacancies.
