How do you charge a corporate client to lease a SFR for an employee's family?

I primarily take care of the John Deere accounts since I'm a former JD employee and understand how they work.

Fsbos typically have a hars time appraising regardless of price, so expect a low appraisal and have a plan to deal with it 

Because that is where the businesses are going and taking their employees with them.

Any tips on how I can work my way into the industry as an employee at an entry level and basic position?

I estimate the running cost to be around $900 per month (2 part time employees and supplies), utilities can be around $250 per month and I conservatively double it to be $500 per month for added potential repairs, etc.
