Westland is between livonia, garden city, redford, canton, northville. 

Hot neighborhoods like Astoria, LIC, Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Glendale will continue to go up imo.

Otherwise, its a garden variety property for sale by a seller who wants to Sell at a price As If rents are market when the reality is, rents are below market, property has deferred maintenance, etc.  

All of these efforts have been for others.By read the BP posts; I  am excited to do one of my own.I have a vacant parcel that is located across the way from a hospital that I need some mentoring and/or an investor to walk me down the garden path (not blind folded).This can be a short-term gain or a long-range hold, I  am open!

@Michael Upshur we are keeping the existing configuration which is a large duplex in the garden and parlor levels and two 1BR/1BA units on both the 2nd and 3rd floors for a total of 5 units.

Well I did a little staging (bought out the red line items at Garden Ridge pottery) and went ahead and dropped the price to $850 at the one week mark and now I have so many showings I can't keep up.
