You've already worked in the business, now work on the business as if you were building a Franchise Prototype where your "system" is the solution.

Too much risk on the back end of these for a measly 6% or whatever walgreens, cvs, franchises, etc are paying today.

That may prove expensive if you intend to hold the property in California because I believe they want franchise taxes or some taxes for each series.
