Nothing seems too major, but certainly an eye sore that most people would instantly turn their noses up at.

That may save you some time by nosing what to expect in indirect expenses.

In this city. you pay out the nose to rent, so it's time to be on the other side of that scenario.

It's great to know that at least there is no secret key to listings and that I can be competitive if I put my nose and ear to the ground and do the work required to find unlisted properties.

Dustin Lin my tenants don't seem to mind that Pittsburgh (and most of Allegheny County) is pretty hilly.I think it's worth mentioning that Sharpsburg is the giant zit on the nose of FC ... so I wouldn't expect that to improve the rental situation/outlook there.

The pros are snapping up everything in the better areas and anything that needs work is going to cost through the nose because the contractors are working over-time since Sandy.

My nose never ran and I did not notice it but I could see it in places.
