What line on the tax form does the loan processor look at to determine last years income?

One property has a commerical space in the front that historically has been used as a take-out food stand, which could be profitable. 

There is a small personal junk yard going on next to a non working vehicle and leaving food around for the purpose to feed wild animals outside their window. 

Or at least my loan processor asked me and mentioned a max of 70% LTV.

So trying to collect the $15.00 nuisance fine would open up a whole can of worms.And a year ago, the city here introduced recycling food scraps, involving another can.

Just food for thought for anyone else that comes across the form in a similar situation.

Gambling profits will continue to get watered down but room occupancy and food bev numbers are great. 

I sold my offset printing business and a few years after the turn of the century, I took a job at night at my friend’s company to keep food  N the table while I built my real estate empire.

Live in it for two years and either repeat the process or take the savings and buy you that small home, but don't sell the duplex.
