I am an investor and a realtor in Utah, looking to find deals that fit the BRRRR method but i am not able to make the numbers work in this market in Salt lake County.

My question is can I purchase this property, renovate the top two units and just leave the basement as is?

They’re less restrictive since they don’t rely on personal income or DTI, making them a great fit for BRRRR.

So it would depend on following:- What are your top 10/core needs of your business workflow.- Do you want to manage the new system internally or have an outside vendor manage it for you for a small fee.- Would you be requiring custom changes often to your digital workflow?

I would question if it is even a top 10 factor for most.Is the build time actually faster?
