Shall i change it to LLC before I sell, so as to better facilitate the 1031 and for the buying deal?  

We currently own a few properties in the Chicagoland area and are considering getting our real estate licenses to help facilitate/understand better what truly goes in to it, (and save $$ on commissions!)

We are located in Westerville, OH but can do remote closings and electronic documents to facilitate Closings in Dayton.

@Dave Foster is facilitating the 1031, so I’ve spoken to him and received some great advice. 

that is rotten in numerous spots and the frames of the wooden windows are rotted as well.

No matter how you cut it sales agents and appraisers are in a cyclical business with numerous ups and downs as well as external threats from AI and other technology advancements.
