Should I go to college if I want to be an entrepreneur and go into lots of debt, or should I just start a business if I know that is what I want to do?

I don't have much extra cash so I am concentrating on being a real estate entrepreneur, hustling and being creative because I can't really call myself an investor yet, now can I?  

I've been an entrepreneur long enough to know that business/strategic plans are not set in stone, and must be adapted as time goes on, but I still think it's incredibly valuable to have some idea of what your target is and the different avenues to get there.We're planning to start by house-hacking a multi-family locally here in Brooklyn first.But after that I'd like to start buying some properties that can cash-flow, and that's hard to do within NYC - it's more of an appreciation game here.

I try to go most of the entrepreneur and real estate meet-ups.

Entrepreneurs aren't known for asking if it's possible, they are known for doing the seemingly impossible. 

I think Set for Life was an amazing book and a solid start to "holy cow this is possible" but it was also death by 1,000 options.I've found myself listening to business and entrepreneur podcasts and books over real estate. mindset and daily habits play such a vital role in any success and it feels like it's not really addressed. 

BUSINESS Being an entrepreneur and starting up a business is like diving off a cliff and building an airplane on the way down.
