I'm Dianah Love from Phoenix, passionate about real estate investing for 2 years.Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, cooking, technology, Tennis, and travelingExcited to learn and connect with you all!

I'm particularly passionate about multi-family properties.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I don't even have a real estate license nor do I have any real connections to real estate professionals/investors.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family, watching anime and swimming.

 If I could go all the way back to the years when I was fresh out of college and start over knowing what I know now, I would actually go to grad school then start a career in a field that I enjoy working in that also pays well. 

I would say to only invest overseas if you enjoy the actual travel to that destination.

We are interested in buying a beach house that we would rent out part time through weekly vacation rentals and would enjoy ourselves the rest of the time.

I'm planning to grow it into other areas of real estate investing.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three teenagers, traveling, and binge watching Netflix series. 

Also, when is cashflow to be enjoyed as profit taking when property keeps consuming cashflow.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy hiking Arizona mountains,  plenty here I must say , and spending time with family & friends.
