Friday’s disappointing jobs report surprised analysts, many of whom had expected job creation to rebound from a slump in May. “Any way you cut this data, it’s lousy,†Diane Swonk, a senior managing director and chief economist for Chicago-based Mesirow Financial, told CNBC Friday.

All of the other ones I have been to in either location have been disappointing.

And I've been a little disappointed with our market where ANY good property we inquire about is pending, just sold to a cash buyer, etc.

Again, it is disappointing to hear that you're getting such poor performance from a key member of your staff.

I left several messages with Buy Memphis Now but they have not had the courtesy to return my call. this only makes me think what the experience will be after purchase. get disappointing.

I wasn't going to say this, but I'm disappointed in the direction this post went.

Emotionally I disappointed because I really liked the place, but as an investor I'm proud of myself for remaining disciplined.  

I must admit I'm a bit disappointed that I will need to leave a message stating my name, number, & bank balance to have an agent call me back.
