Scope of work: Demo and replace tub/shower.

My biggest concern is that it is condemned but I am assuming there's an investor out there who could demo the house if the numbers look right.

I know there is alot - the demo of the 900 sq ft house on the property and I am sure the city has hoops to jump through as well.I'd love to hear feedback comments and concerns etc.

I find it particularly helpful when deciding whether or not to demo something vs leaving a half wall etc.  

(well at least a day after demo)  The more you have planned out for them the more they can do with the walls/ceilings and floors being open before your drywall/framing etc slow down your contractor.Be prepared to double your budget.

As soon as those abandoned low income housing properties get demoed and rezoned the area should improve greatly.
