What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have heard that CA is very competitive and very difficult to find deals in.

Unfortunately, every transaction is different, and oftentimes some transactions are more tricky to deal with than others.

He is the real deal and is still an investor. 

Instead of juggling that distant duplex or diving into flips, what if you sold it now (or soon) and rolled some of that equity into a deal with us?

Hey Daniel, I got a good title company that pretty much only deals with investors and they have been doing a great job and always available to answer the phone and help out! 

I think a great strategy would be to find someone who would like to house hack with you, and maybe even someone with a bit of experience local to the area that you trust and know very well to go in on the deal with you.  

There are good deals in all of them
