So, I have not done anything in Waco but from our experience in Bryan/CollegeStation, places near university bus stops and being abreast on what thecommunity is investing in as far as development tend to be better areas andhelp with appreciation.Again, I'm notperfect and still trying to navigate the markets and always trying to learn myself!

They offer depreciation schedules for fixed assets.And the software has a great overall UI.But even more important than all of that, they have the best customer service of any piece of software (real estate or not), I've ever used.
