Hello, Is there a website for criminal/eviction check for the landlord to use?

You're not just potentially on the hook monetary wise, but you could find yourself criminally charged. 

(As opposed to criminal cases where a much higher ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ is the proof required).

Depending on the state, equity stripping could be considered a criminal act.

Im not proud of it but unfortunately i have a criminal history from my past.Drug charges only,no sex offenses,no theft,no violent crimes.I reside in newjersey and my question is will my criminal history affect me from trying to get my real estate liscence?

States are telling Landlords they can't screen people out based on criminal history.My question is, what limits have been imposed on you and how are you LEGALLY working around it?

DPOR only has the power to sanction licensees, so what can they really do to you other than ask the state to peruse criminal charges.
