I'm thinking about going with COZY after my contract is up.

In fact, we had to do a tremendous amount of cleaning both years because of the infestation and remained in the house through both swarming events; these were very difficult weeks as we had to confine ourselves to our bedrooms and then deal with the swarms in every other part of the house, including the bathrooms and kitchen.

Well, I hope not coz I know Craigslist is a reliable source of ads if you want to sell or promote just about anything.Instead of creating fake ones, why not create real ads so as not to mislead other buyers

You wont use 90% of what you 'learn', so dont get too cozy with it.

As for location, I only deal with serene and incredibly cozy suburban neighborhoods that are furnished with attractive homes.

It is a great source of "income".Death tax (Or for that matter I would add Marriage tax) - again, great source of income regardless of ideology...Banks - relationships between governments and financial institutes are too cozy.

That may or may not relate to the original point that sparked the discussion.Fundamentally, renting and owning are two different beasts and a cozy economic model cannot be easily constructed to carve out a tidy comparison between home mortgage interest deduction and expensing with managed space.

Is there any reason why I couldn't do that and stay within the confines of the law?
