I'm cooling off from my knee jerk reaction & trying to figure out how to handle this situation.What would you do?

I've never used Rankbreeze before, pretty cool they help you compare how changes can help with the properties search optimization. 

I'm not as cool or smart as you guys,  all I can report is that rental demand has been steady and a lot of buyers looking into the Ocean View area for investment purposes. 

You see people talk about multi family bc it's the hot cool thing on social media(in my opinion) you can get great deals on single-family.

That's a cool area over there!  

I mean its cool to maybe get an understanding of what could go wrong but it would behoove you to associate with people are are currently doing it, successfully.

I know dripping springs market has cooled down but there is always investors like me looking for their next purchase.

Example: a listing with a cool property but bad pictures or poorly written Airbnb listing, or maybe it needs a new design refresh or doesn't get many reviews.

I want to point out something about what @Theresa Holl said.All those things are very cool and would be nice to offer, but they would constitute significant services which will change your taxable status.So you really have to balance those sorts of special experiences or offerings.

And if you have areas say in the basement where you want to make it uncomfortable for the mice there are some flashing light devices you can get.
