@Kaleem Ullah I'm not a realtor but as someone who grew up in Woodbridge and have family in the area researching pricing as they are contemplating selling soon too I would agree with @Russell Brazil in that it is priced appropriately for the neighborhood.   

This economy doesn't have the hallmarks of greed and over-leverage as the economy of 10-15 years ago, but if you're contemplating making a move, do so and look forward and don't think about trying to time the market.
