I've been following your comments and you're extremely knowledgeable and have taught me a lot through what I've read already but 

I have read some of the comments where some people offer referrals fees and practically take possession of the client. 

Do they have the necessary resources to stay on top of all the tax issues such as 1031 exchanges, 754 Step-Ups, etc.Feel free to share your thoughts or comments.

Hi, Stephen - not sure if you ever pursued learning more about midterm rentals, but I'm noticing from the conversation thread that there's some incorrect or misinformed information in some of the comments.

I am posting this comment as a warning to people out there about 215 Jordan Road in Stevens Point.

As for the HELOC, the more I research the more it matches your comment regarding using it for home improvements / flips so I may sit on that for a little bit until I educate myself further on those topics.As for raising capital, I have read the private lenders are a popular way and hard money loans which I do not fully understand yet.

The reason a lot of these outlets stopped comment is purposely trying to silence one side.
