Id guess a current appraisal would be somewhere 150-170k depending on how nice the units are cleaned up.I know I am not factoring in appreciation, the plan was to purchase in cash have decent cash flow as a better means to invest money that was not doing much.

Folks in tech industry is already got wiped out in this aspect lol in 2023 lol But one thing that would replace agent very fast is AI research from company like Docusign , when they could generate and automatically write a negotiation template in 5 minutes where my grandma can use it, there's almost no need for realtor especially if the house condition/inspection is clean enough.
