It has been very helpful and is the major focus of our business right now.Our profile is pretty blank because we stay quite busy...but we have been running a large Real Estate Mastermind group in the Kansas City area for almost 5 years every week on wednesdays...we are landlords, flippers, wholesalers, as well as in the note business.

I think they've really been helped by the full/partial telecommute, as it's not terrible if you had to go into the city once or twice a week, but if everyone goes back to full-on 5 day offices I think there will be some exodus.

Just to mention a few:- Wynn Casino (First Casino in the GCC states) in Ras al Khaimah- Al Maktoum International Airport (set to become the worlds busiest airport)- Palm Jebel Ali (the second palm bigger and more luxurious)- Expo City (Regions largest exhibition center)Its a lot of information but I believe it gives a simple explanation to the complex market here.Let me know if you would like to know more about the market and if you would need guidance into exploring the possibilities here!

I have worked with many experienced investors from Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, and other large metro areas in the southwest and west coast, with seasoned investors that still live in all of those great cities but have shifted most of their real estate investments out of those higher cost or higher risk markets into ours. 1) Compared to most cities in the SW and West, home prices in the Albuquerque metro are relatively affordable.
