This won't or shouldn't be a career changer for you and it certainly shouldn't BK you or put you into financial straights  If it does then you're stretched to the limit and should consider delevreging to a more liquid position or bringing on a partner with some skin.My 3 cents adjusted for inflation.

I’ve been hearing the argument that they’re taking over (along with Redfin, etc.) for what feels like about 15 years, and yet there are now more agents than ever before… but the recent development with Zillow becoming licensed as a brokerage in every state is a game changer for sure.

Nope, but like many others have and will say, it's a perspective changer.

The online booking was a game-changer for me, and I've had several prospective tenants who have told me they really liked the system, how easy it was to book an appointment, knowing they had 10 minutes of a private showing rather than an awkward group thing- they just thought the whole process felt really professional.
