This concept has been around for a century, it's not new, but lending rules do change. :) 

No fluff, No bragging no complex questions about how to write some contract that's only been written 3 times in the last century and the bottom line is the buyer is  trying to steal 25 years of equity from some poor shlup. 

We use Century 21 Property management, and have a home warranty on the house for issues.

In Phoenix metro there is opportunity to buy smaller mid century homes, renovate and add a master suite and then sell.  

There appear to be some mid-century treasures underneath some of the piles - so we definitely do not want to leave it to a crew.I'm guessing not all of the "treasures" we find will be valuable - especially around the hoarder toilet
