Here are my two cents...I recommend starting in a market with strong fundamentals, such as steady population growth, an influx of major corporations or large businesses relocating to the area, an affordable cost of living, and high rental demand.

We vend out mostly Ave none of our vendors want to use the vendor portal to communicate—they have their own business management systems and don’t need to bother using a new one just for us. 

It will be extended, we'll see a reduction in regulations that hamper small businesses, and we'll see new regulations that help small businesses.
