The tenant was in the building when I bought it (I've owned the building for 2 months) and he claims to have an insurance policy covering them.My insurance company is saying they'll drop my policy on the building if the pitbulls are there even with the tenant's insurance policy.The dogs are very sweet but the tenant lets them run free and they often go into the neighboring property, resulting in 4 malicious animal violations from animal control in the past year.Any thoughts on how I should handle?

Helps with your debt to income, better opportunities at cash flow, and typically requires less down to purchase.In regards to challenges, I usually build in an extra 10-15% to deal with things that I can't see behind the walls, including dry rot, electrical or plumbing issues, etc.

HelloOver saturated STR in Ohio markets have caused many STR to drastically lower costs to as low as  $100 for entire bedroom home.My are higher and I'm not competitive with the lower cost Abnbs.I also feel hotel industry are mass building new hotels to compete with str.
