I never understood why companies would build a landlord insurance product and then decline for an LLC.

Because in reality, as soon as they exercise the option, I can redeploy that capital into another under valued asset and build wealth quicker.

To simplify the existing lease I thought about asking the tenant if they would be ok modifying the addendums to get rid of the resident benefit package and the building protection plan.
