So I've recently been browsing homepath looking for deals.It came time to register an account with homepath, but one of the required fields is a "Real Estate License Number".I don't have a real estate license.Can you get a real estate license if you're not an agent (presumably not).

I still browse their properties and would buy again.  

Look at airdna.com for some metrics or just browse airbnb for similar properties in your area and look at the calanders and pricing. smaller units and individual owners still aren't fully booked and many are still keeping prices below market to keep them full, this will affect what you can charge too.What amenities does your community have, what are your expenses, are you self managing (do you have the time?)

Way south, that newly approved casino resort will begin construction at some point soon.

Prices are a bit higher but there is a large demand for jobs between the Sub Base, Electric Boat, National Guard, casinos, etc.

I just browsed through some of their listings and they have some of the poorest ratings.

Lately I have been browsing Roofstock for deals because I'll be a long distance investor; 70k won't get me far in the Boston area....Haha.

I know most investors browse Craigslist quite frequently.  

I have my primary mortgage with them and found that out while browsing their website.

I will browse their craigslist and see what they are advertising.
