Pretty sure if someone did that the legislature would call an emergency session to institute the death penalty...In MA the only things that can be collected are first, last, security (of no more than 1 months rent) and a re-key fee (That I don't know anyone to actually collect).We can't even charge and application fee!

@Chris Winterhalter all good for a commercial, not sure it's big enough to do lunch (LOL) but,What he has is a half-way type house, church activities, study sessions, psycho stuff that is ordered by the court.This may fly under economic development and/or the community reinvestment act.

I left that job 4 years ago to do re full time.I knew Thrope was a Mathematician and the father of blackjack card counting but didn't know he also worked on financial problems, not surprising I guess.

We have less than 2-3 out if town gurus come and speak during an entire year.Yes, we do have a one (1) hour session at 8:30 in the morning, once a month, to explain what we do, and why we're different, and why someone should consider becoming a member of an organization that's "very serious" about getting people on the right path.
