I would also recommend umbrella insurance equal to your net worth.

Of course you can go smaller and the numbers will be smaller or you can bigger as well.

The calculators on Bigger Pockets are helpful, but building your own will really help you see behind the numbers.

I specify that it has to be at least 1000 square feet (SF) (bigger the better), it doesn't have to be a 3+BR, but if it's not and at least 1000 SF I can convert it to be a 3BR.

If your quote is that high it better involve a bigger SOW or other exterior repairs as well.

For capital growth and experience, the BRRRR or flip route offers a bigger upside.

Also, the other protection that is good for you would be an umbrella policy too. 

Of course I did that.... before even posting on Bigger Pockets, but I'm not seeing anything specifically about this company, just a bunch of businesses with similar names that do construction.
