I would caution you about spending to much money thinking your going to attract AU investors.Their version of bigger pockets is www.realestateinvesting.com go to overseas deals forum you will be lucky to get 3 hits to a thread in a month.. when I was on it in 2011 that site was so active I only posted there and never came on BP.. when it died I came over to BP
