I've been reading that quickbooks is popular, although I would need to get 2 accounts if I did the online version and it's kinda pricey.

I would caution you about spending to much money thinking your going to attract AU investors.Their version of bigger pockets is www.realestateinvesting.com go to overseas deals forum you will be lucky to get 3 hits to a thread in a month.. when I was on it in 2011 that site was so active I only posted there and never came on BP.. when it died I came over to BP

Turns out the old version of IE on my office computer doesn't work well with this web site!  

I recently signed up for REIN Canada but the free version only.

We've used the free version of rentometer & found it to be fairly accurate.  2- are there other sources that are more reliable?

Would it be recommended to show/send my investor clients the PDF version of the results from the calculator?
