My family actually have some properties in FL, and I have also researched this area quite a bit and I saw it might fit my strategies. 

But the real difference comes down to what actually drives revenue.For example, splurging on a mural in a one-bedroom rental for travel nurses won’t necessarily increase bookings (unless they’re influencers and you have a social media strategy for your rental).

I'm looking at investing in several out-of-state markets (potential BRRRR strategy in mind), I have a list of qualifiers that I'm sussing out to determine viable markets but would love to know: what data helps in determining a good market to invest?
