One of my floor plans we are building in Oregon in 2020 was about 45k lumber pack and truss's  then shot up to 65k when did 3 more of that plan  ( 2200 sq ft) high ceilings 10 to 12 feet so lots of lumber for the sq ft.

That said, you have another very good point (that I hadn't considered), that any non-primary source has to themselves understand what they're talking about, and before this exercise of reading the Cornell interpretation of the law, I assumed the average person stood a reasonable chance of understanding it, but I don't think that's the case anymore, unfortunately.Yes, thank you.

Truss's are another issue we are ordering ours for July in April etc etc..
