The investment that Jeff Vinik and Bill Gates made in our Channelside/Downtown market in creating an "innovation hub" as well as expanding our entertainment/sports venue have brought relocation of companies and talent to the market.

Round Rock has it's own economy due to Dell, Samsung, and a number of tourism opportunities: Dell Diamond, soon-to-be Kalahari (largest indoor water park and convention center in the US), sports complex).

I'm game...A snip-it from a post I did on this thread about investing in Wisconsin: Milwaukee is sitting on some of the most affordable housing in the country, is adjacent to one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world, has entertainment & food that rivals every major metro, it's sports teams bat way above average for a small market which attracts hundreds of thousands if not millions of people here annually, economic development has been happening at a level unprecedented since the '50s (we are breaking ground on the world's largest mass timber building in June), has a tech ecosystem on the ground floor of attracting major talents with partners from the fortune 500 companies in town... 

The first channel is for the tenants to connect their own devices to. 

There are electronic devices that alert for high decibel readings, but don't record voices. 

New restaurants (mostly Denver-based establishments, which I have to point out as a Denver snob now living in Colorado Springs), a sports venue, higher end apartments. 

No offense, but it sounds like there is a lot of learning that needs to happen, plus MF is a team sport. 

When my kids were at sports practices i would go for a 2 hour walk a couple times a week to go street by street to feel the neighborhoods. 

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

If she likes watching sports, maybe get her opinion on making a living room renovation perfect for watching the game with the family.
