Online leads are going to be scattered and it's difficult to control where the leads come from with this channel.

We have a lot of irons in the fire.After reading "the one thing" and watching a few webinars, I realized that most of the effort I am putting into our real estate business is scattered.  

I was also really scatter brained at the time, and couldn't remember which property and/or what to ask the gentlemen in regards to his property.

The people mowing the grass kept hitting whiskey bottles and beer cans scattered all over the yard and hidden in the tall grass.What kind of treasures have you found in foreclosed/abandoned houses?

Posted a scatter chart of price/br and price/sq ft in my area. 

Not to go too far afield from the original question but this town is different from any other towns with trains because we are  our own little slice or paradise...when you throw your line in the ocean you pull out a plump tasty fish and when you scatter some seeds you grow our own special datil peppers to make a tasty hot datil sauce to brush on your tasty fish...and then throw some oysters and clams on the beach fire grill...we have oceans where you can surf and skim board and Intracoastal where you can Kayak and windsurf  and marshes where you can see pretty pink spoonbills and historic streets and buildings where you can dress like a pirate and drink rum and go argggg....when you can live here NO ONE I repeat NO ONE wants to live by the tracks...so to the original poster I say I would NOT buy anything on the railroad tracks ! 

Cloverdale also has most of the larger MF properties, the rest scattered along 8th or 14th.Everywhere that isn't already L zoned got upzoned via HALA to RSL (residential small lot) - which may or may not make much of a difference in the short term,  but will eventually mean 2 houses on a 5000sf lot,  or 5 per 10000sf if 2 adjacent lots could be assembled.Due to the comparatively affordable rents in SP,  along with its good commute location,  there will be ZERO problem keeping a decently maintained, respectable property rented.   

I have about 30 SFR in Houston area--20 in NE and the rest scattered among the suburbs.I'm looking to switch my make-ready company.The basics: General repairs, fixing up/touching up a house after move-out, painting, etc.

I have several properties scattered in Vegas and Reno.
