Monthly payments have to come down which likely will be a mixture of price and rates. 

Seems like some of these neighborhoods already have a mixture of home/multi types, so some chance you could push it through.Some chance perhaps in West Dallas too I think...around Trinity Groves and Singleton/Hampton area.My guess is there are many other ways to make money easier and faster and with a lot less headaches.

I have no experience with these - I'm not sure how to evaluate a mixture of traditional/distressed.

FoxConn has scaled back its original plans a bit, and at least initially it will not be building the very large glass screens that it had planned to build at the facility, I believe in part because Corning Glass has not yet committed to come in with a sister facility.
