Code Enforcement goes to the property, posts a notice on the door, and asks the guests to leave - not the stuff of a good online review.I have clients who are absolute rock stars in this venue...and the #1 rule in our selection process is "if it ain't legal, it's not going to happen." 

Many of prospective buyers seeking finance on my Socal properties tend to be the old fashion type that are not interested in such venues as lendingtree nor eloan that tend to hook them up with a long distance over the phone/email broker, and prefer a storefront office to sit down in with a broker to practically hold their hand through the app/qual process.

I love that road the homes along there are magnificent mansions.. its one of the bright points of my trips to indy and kokomo is checking out those houses.. and thinking in our area they would be 5 million plus. and or just not replaceable at any price.there was a 60 minutes piece on one city in NJ maybe Trenton or some were that was really off the charts on crime.. and none of these place's have anything on some of the very worst in CA...

It has great shops and restaurants just north on Bell, and it isn't too far away from Westgate, which is a HUGE outdoor mall and concert venue in Glendale.

They are near Carrington Pavillion which is a concert type venue.

I have a mountain property in mind, near a great wedding venue and a great Mountain town and recreation area, mostly in the summer.  

It is one of the few advertizing venues I spend money on.

This is a good venue to learn about notes and meet fund managers and other investors.
