I understand that you have to name everyone on the eviction who lives in the house, so just in case there is anyone else staying there, you put "all occupants" or Jane Doe and John Doe's 1 - 10, or something like that.I was lucky to have been able to negotiate tenants out, so we never actually had to do an eviction through the courts.

I don't think he does the best screening, and he accepts double deposits if the tenant has had an eviction in the past.This tenant (I'll call her "Jane Doe") had an eviction filed in October 2013 although it was dismissed.

Shawn, If you end up doing an eviction, when you fill out the paperwork and serve the notice, include "and any other occupants" or "Jane and John Does 1-10" or whatever is customary at your court.
