Almost every major religion has something like this sort of prohibition in place against making significant life-changing decisions right after a death, cultural wisdom built up over thousands of years.

BTW, I ran the avg rents for the area in Realtors Property Resource (RPR), it comes out to $764, and that includes the cultural/hip areas, so you might want to bring that down to $750 at most.

Paddy Realty if you're Irish, Oktoberfest Properties if you're German, Viking Estates for a Swede, Backdoor Homes if you're Greek.

What would be the cost to develop and obviously using a local builder that knows the area and the culture.

So I dont really see anything thats changed culturally in that aspect.

Of the two guys who ran it, one is a haole who grew up getting thrown off ships as a cast member at the Polynesian Cultural Center (he can explain it funnier than I can) and who is a CPA and Attorney and very smart.
