Man, I can't imagine being in Metro Detroit and not going hard into the Detroit (proper) market.That's exactly what I did and it's been amazing.

I guess the alternative is a phone number they can call and you can meet them down there with contracts and keys but I would imagine people would just go down the street to the next guy where they can get immediate service.

Imagine this scenario: a PM, an agent (or anyone who's incentivized to get you to buy a property) tells you a property is "safe" and a "good investment".

Then, after work I go home and either spend a few hours on real estate and personal needs and go to sleep, or go home and go to sleep immediately and wake up around 2pm and still have a few business hours to get stuff done.

All speculation at this point, but near Lee St/29 and a little north of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood, imagine this:  taking MARTA from the airport heading back north in town, you get off of at a hub, where now you can walk over to the Atlanta Beltline terminal and take transport to your stop. 

I can't imagine a government lending agency remodeling properties.

(Imagine the dog bite, the underage drunk, whatever the worst in you can think of.)I don’t think i’d sign for triple the going rent.

I'd imagine all of these questions (like what would happen in an instance when one individual would like to sell) would be spelled out in some sort of operating agreement before purchasing any property.

I flip 3-5 homes a month here in DFW but still feel it's very saturated but can't imagine it's less competitive than DFW.

Imagine if you had one single-family home.
