I asked him the other day why he's still a member if he already knows how to do deals on his own, and he said because of the people.

Additionally house tenants bring more of their own appliance, like refrigerator, washer and dryer; which means tenants are responsible for repair and replacement of their own appliances.

They do respond within 24 hours but most of the time, the response is in regards to them working on your request.

Since he does closings, I trust his work.
