In my experience, there are a range of starting-off experiences, but one's experience is not always indicative of someone's desire/drive/commitment to pursue and thrive in real estate.

The rest of us have no investment with Norada but do have experience with Raising money  running PPM's and Syndication's and we are all entitled to our opinions on the matter and that's all they are.

What are some other things I should retain to make the landlord experience easier?

As a host, when I treat the expectation as a cultural misunderstanding, as opposed to spoiled guest syndrome, the whole experience goes much more smoothly. 

Can you tell me about your experience with them? 

Has anyone have any experience acquiring multifamily property using a SBA loan like to get your thoughts?

That's probably what I'd do first unless you just have no experience doing these deals at all.
