And with that, the investors have to hold themselves accountable for whom they selected, ever wisely or foolishly, to invest there $ behind. 

I was planning on reaching out to them but that’s a good pointer to take into account. 

And finally, while there are likely some pro accounts that will only give you discounts if you are licensed, most will let anyone sign up, and are often based on volume spent at that store anyways.

In a way, depreciation creates a disconnect between the tax code and the economic reality of real estate.Some argue that depreciation accounts for wear and tear.

I've talked to a few tax accountants and attorneys about it and some are open-minded, while others are convinced that they are a complete sham (though they actually know very little about them).I'm curious if anyone on here has actually seriously considered using one or actually used one?
